Vendor assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage or injury caused by Vendor, Vendor’s agents, or products, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SOAC and the above-named parties from all suits, claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from Vendor’s participation. The Event is rain or shine. No refunds for weather or no-shows. The Vendor agrees to follow all Event rules, site maps, setup and breakdown times, and local, state, and federal laws. Marketing & Media Permission (automatic) Vendor grants SOAC permission to use Vendor’s name, business name, website/social links, and images/photographs/videos of Vendor and/or Vendor’s products for promotion of the Event and SOAC in print, web, and social media, without compensation. Food Vendor Requirements (if selling food or beverages) Please attach copies (as applicable): - Temporary Food Permit from Owen County Health Department - ANSI-accredited Food Handler’s card (as required by state) - Name/location of any processor (for packaged items) - Certificate of Liability Insurance is recommended, not required Vendors must comply with all Owen County Health Department rules.
